TAKE ACTION: Nearly 140 Mass. K-12 Schools are Protected From Harmful Federal Title IX Changes! Help Us Add More Natick Public Schools to the List to Protect More Children!

BREAKING NEWS: Parents with children in nearly 140 Massachusetts K-12 public schools are working to protect students from harmful Title IX changes. Some of the districts where these schools are located include Natick, Andover, Ashland, Bedford, Dedham, Millis, Milton, Norfolk, Sharon, Somerville, Waltham, Weymouth, Franklin, Boston, and more!

You can access the complete list of schools to date here. Each update is listed as a "Notice" for July 15, July 26, July 31 and August 28.

We need more fearless Natick parents and grandparents (yes, grandparents can register too!) to continue to help us with this community initiative to get ALL NPS children protected from Title IX rewrites imposed by the federal government.

We just need one mom, dad or grandparent from Lilja Elementary, Memorial Elementary, Brown Elementary, and Kennedy Middle School to register as a Moms for Liberty member to make this happen!

Since the injunction applies to school buildings and not school districts, you can help protect the school your child attends. If you aren’t already a Moms for Liberty member at large, PLEASE REGISTER NOW (dads can also join).

Currently the following Natick Public Schools are covered under this injunction (schools with parents who are Moms for Liberty members):

  • Ben-Hem Elementary School

  • Wilson Middle School

  • Natick High School

In August, the U.S. Supreme Court denied the Biden administration’s request to allow enforcement of uncontested parts of the Title IX final rule in some states where injunctions are in place.

On July 8, we reported that a federal court in Kansas blocked the Biden administration’s dangerous Title IX regulations from taking effect in four states. Federal judge John Broomes ruled on the side of attorneys general in Kansas, Alaska, Utah, and Wyoming, claiming that Title IX was meant to protect biological women from discrimination in education.

This is the fifth federal court that has told the Biden administration to go pound sand, as the ruling eviscerates equality, free speech, and due process in K-12 schools.

The lawsuit seeking the injunction was also filed on behalf of three private organizations: Moms for Liberty, Young America’s Foundation, and Female Athletes United. The injunction will also prohibit the new rules in schools that are attended by members of Young America’s Foundation and the children of Moms for Liberty members across all 50 states.

Becoming a national member at large of Moms for Liberty is FREE and will make sure your child’s school is included in the Title IX exemption. You aren’t obligated to do anything else as a member—and it will help get us all on the path to protecting children in Natick Public Schools from Title IX rewrites that put them at risk in school and in sports.

Parental Rights Natick will continue to update you and the Natick School Committee on this injunction opportunity and the list of Natick Public Schools that qualify.

Please contact Parental Rights Natick if you have questions.

Will you also forward this to other concerned Natick parents to join this initiative and sign up to receive our weekly emails?
